Admissions
Instructions to Parents
- 1. Application forms are available for download from our website(download below) starting March 10, 2025.
- 2. The application submission period is scheduled to commence on April 9, 2025.
- 3. Please note that submissions are to be hand-delivered between 8:30am to 1:00pm ONLY.
- 4. We strongly prefer typed forms over handwritten submissions.
- 5. The required documents for the application process are listed below.
Checklist of Documents Required
- COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM
- LANGUAGE SELECTION FORM
- LETTERS OF UNDERTAKING (SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS)
- UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE x 2 CERTIFIED COPIES (COMPULSORY)
- REFUGEE STATUS / PASSPORT (IMMIGRANT STATUS)
- STUDY PERMIT / STUDY VISA
- NOVEMBER REPORT (PREVIOUS YEAR END REPORT)
- CLINIC CARD or DOCTORS LETTER
- PARENT 1 ID & PARENT 2 ID
- GUARDIAN 1 ID & GUARDIAN 2 ID
- SPONSOR ID (if applicable)
- DEATH CERTIFICATE (if applicable)
- SALARY ADVICE (BOTH PARENTS) – IF SELF EMPLOYED 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENT
- DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR UNEMPLOYMENT LETTER (if applicable)
- PROOF OF ADDRESS (UTILITY BILL or LEASE AGREEMENT) NO RETAIL ACCOUNTS
- 2 X ID SIZE PHOTOS OF LEARNER
- PROOF OF PAYMENT ONLY AFTER APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED
